I have done online recharge through FREE Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge & Top Up for Airtel,Vodafone,Reliance,Idea,Tata Indicom,BSNL,Docomo,Aircel,Videocon,Loop,Uninor,MT S,S-Tel Mobiles orderid 10936972 of Rs 200 to ph 9465005441 but wrongly selected BSNL (previous service provider) instead of IDEA (Present service provider) this tele no. was shifted from BSNL to IDEA in past and not available with BSNL in punjab circle. Money was debited to my account but recharge not done. Being it is my mistak by choosing BSNL instead of IDEA. Pls help me for reversal of entry to my account as tele no 9465005441(IDEA tel no) does not exhist with BSNL (Punjab circle). I have done correspondence with recharge.in and they replyed as :

Order id :10936972 is a successfull transaction with operator id:489224410.Request you to provide the operator id to your operator and they will help you with the same.

So, I request to my tele operator IDEA (Punjab) to do takeup the matter with BSNL(Punjab) for reversal of money to my account from it is debited or recharge my cell ph for Rs 200.00 because my no is not runing with BSNL (PB) and they have not issue this to some other person and recharge amount may be parked in sundry account of the BSNL (punjab).
