Reebok Shoes not yet delivered to me.
As per offer, Free Reebok Shoes on purchase of MTS MBlaze@2999/-
I purchase MTS MBlaze @2999/- on 23-Oct-2010.
And I submit online demand for Shoes.
One or two times somebody suppose to your Customer Care called me and query some details regarding Shoes & Serial Numbers of coupons
But, till date (21-Dec-2010) I have not received Reebok Shoes.
I used to frequently mails to various MTS officials nobody has not been made any reply.
I physically approached to Mr Sandip Bharduwaj (MTS Staff) at Okhla Phaze-1 MTS Office and made call his Mobile No. 9136006575 in various time but I had not got any solution till date.
I used to call maximum time to MTS Customer Care Number but there is no body headache to attend the call when computerized 20 munities halt a call, some time attend it but they are too negligent.
I used to call Nodal Officers to Sale officers (Mr Dhiroj Goal 9136006191, Mr Sunil Kakar 9136006144)of Delhi but they replied that I am in meeting and should call back within 10 munities.
Secondly MTS data card speed too poor, not only I all over maximum customer felt that MTS service is not satisfactory.
In view of above, it is requested that may kindly be taken any suitable action immediately please.

Dony but MTS!!!

I have purchased the MTS connection last month DEC-2010 @ chennai location but the connection is very very poor in the city. also the offered given for shoe is not yet delivered for 2 months, very poor customer relationship...they are targetting one time kit sale market alone.. PL DONT purchase MTS connection.....................

i bought mts data card in december 2010 and i was supposed to get complimentry reebok shoe but still i have not received yet, i our group 12 people baught this data card and none of us ve received that. i am thinking to file a comlaint in consumar court against. theie behaviour is also geglecting and it hurts a lot.
