I am Tanuj Dolia from Ludhiana.I wanted a new Reliance broadband connection for that I made payment of Rs. 1080 Cash at Reliance World at Mall Road on Date 13/09/2011, Reciept No 17800028091399. But till date i am requesting the employees of Reliance to make installation as soon as possible, because of my work i need internet daily, my most of the work is through internet.
I have made complaints several times to Reliance customer care, nodal department in chandigarh and even mailed to Reliance customer care but no one replied possitively.
At last I went to Reliance office at mall road, ludhiana and made complaint to the Sai Santosh (CSM) of the company, he misbehaved and talked badly and directly said its not my work, so what the hell he is doing in the company, and he said me to contact Mr. Gurvinder Sohal (ASM), Even the ASM didn't reply properly and said i cant help you.
The team leader Tarun Pahwa and his team members Parul Verma and Chandan made me mentally sick like direclty its like mental harassment to me. Every day they say that they will install the connection tommorrow and tommorrow, But there bludy tommorrow not coming. i have many of important mails which i usualy receive on daily basis and i made replies to them daily. Its like loss of my work and ofcourse money also.

I hope you can help me out in this matter. ASM and CSM should be punished, they really wasted a huge time of me and money also, which gave me mental harrassment too. i think these type of persons should not be at such good posts, they should help the customer.
I think i can get a positive reply from your side very soon.
