I am writing this mail regarding my Tata photon + which i bought on 16
June from ghaziabad. On the very first day i am facing problem in
speed i am receiving only 0.11kbps speed but the tata photon claim the
speed of 3.1mbps.
From the very first day i called the call center group for my problem
and requested the call center guy that i am travelling on monday to
friday from ghaziabad to gurgaon and i am only available on sat and
sun in ghaziabad so please resolve my prob on the weekend only but
they always called me on weekdays, As I have to pay the money for the
connection for 3.1mbps not for 0.11kbps.
I continuously put the mail to the nodal office for 15 days.
After that their engineer visited my home and found that there is problem in the device.
but after that no resolution.
Then they call me for the bill i said if i am not using your service why should i pay the bill. I said you are not providing any service so why are you asking for the bill but they said no that you have to pay the bill.
After that i didn't pay the bill for Rs 991.
Now i got a call from mob number 8860396440( which is now switch off) that they filed a case on me and told me the case number ( which i think is a fraud call)

I have the mail also.
Now i paid the rupees because i don't have time to visit the court except on sat and sun, as i don't get the leave from my office.
Last but not the least i personally feel that consumer have no value for tata photon +.
And TATA is now degraded its Brand Value.
Can you please help me regarding this matter.
