I Would first of all like to thank you for thanking my comlain farward. But would like to bring it in your notice that even ater it they have cloed the comlpain with givin me following mail and no resolution, they cheating and Misleading customer.

As per the response received from network team we are closing the Service request ID 134176038 related to Coverage issues for your Netconnect Broadband+ Number 9326096426. We would like to discuss in detail regarding the mentioned Service Request and request you to call us at *355 or 3033 5555 (Free from Reliance phones) or 1800-3000-5555 (Toll free) at your convenience for the status of your complaint. In continuation to your mail regarding Return of HSD Modem, kindly note that return is not applicable as the modem is sold on outright sale basis. Hence, we are unable to process your request for the same. It got 3 days to get it activated after hell number of calls. 2. Now on activation it is not working properly , service is so poor that a simple application like gmail/talk is not working, 3. also the connection signal get drop in every one minute. 4. I was told I will receive Goa holiday gift voucher, which also i did Not received. 5. I got mail from Reliance stating that data card is now for Price 1750, but i had to pay 2000/- I asked for demo before buying it, but your representative said it would be fine in your area that s why m sailing it. but I can stand it any more. I want to return the data card and want my money back. I have been misguided, wrongly informed and cheated on the name of high speed Internet. I said That if it was so then why was the instrument sold to me saying that there will be high speed internet, they say they cannot help on this. Infact For a new connection I applied through relaince Website then only I got mail form relaince outsourced company, which told me that they are part of relaince and in case some issue arouse then the instrument would be returned. Now neither that comapny nor relaince is ready to take responsibility of my loss. Infact with solving any og the following four issues, they have closed the Complaint: 1. N/w not available 2. Disconnection of n/w every few seconds 3. Very slow speed , only upto 50 Kbps. 4. Goa holiday Gift voucher 5. the money I have paid so far. i.e 2000 INR 6. the money which Relaince is charging meon the name of high speed internet , i.e. against providing the service 3gb day and 10 Gb night plan for high speed internet. of rs. 849 + 10.2 % taxes. as monthly rental Why should I pay when I am not getting any services at all. They are not ready to answer any of these concerns rather closing the complaints with out any solution and its really a mental harrasment when I call them and they say we cannot solve, call other party, and they say instrument is not our problem, it is also difficult for me as a lot amount of money is adding to my phone bill to call them again and agian . Hi,
I recently bought a RELIANCE netconnect BROADBAND+ and on the same day I got the connection when I checked the speed the maximum speed I got was 35 Kbps. When I bought the connection, they told me that I will get a minimum of 1Mbps. I have contacted the customer service team and they escalated the issue and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. They asked me to wait for 15 days as they are constructing a tower in my area and I will not be charged for the first month, but on 4th april 2011 I recieved a bill of RS 530, I contacted the customer service and then I got a response that the information provided by the last agent was wrong and the connection speed cannot be enhanced further and I have to pay the bill. They are Cheating the customer and would say anything to retain the customer for some time. RELIANCE Customer service is rediculus and do not have any moral value. MY SUGGESTION IS DONT EVER GO FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND, DIALUP IS FAR BETTER THAN THEIR BROADBAND SPEED. GO FOR TATA or other services. Regards, Ranj |
