Relaince Broadband doesn't provide service nor refund my money

Hi,

This is Chandrasekhar.i have applied for Reliance Broadband connection on 16th July 2011.My CAF number is 17800029406893.i have paid an amount of 1399 through check and the amount got deducted from my account on 3rd Aug 2011.But still i didn't get any connection nor any response from the reliance broadband service team.i feel i was cheated.I have tried to contact so many times to CC but they are not at all responding.

Please help me or guide me to take a legal action on Reliance.
