I am sanchiti jain ,live in naraina delhi .i had used this reliance broadband connection last year .my user id -32401227925 and coustomer id 100000111626312 and the connection was taken on 9 march2009.I have been facing problems regarding the netwaork made many complaints excutives visited my the problem still persisted.when i asked them to disconnect my connection they did it after 20 days but still was not been able use my connection in those 20days.I did complaint at the consumer cell(compalint is attached below).Finally got it terminated in june 2009.i asked them foer the bil waiver also.but there was constantly no reply.
Now Reliance has filed a case aganist me of non payment of the bill without the prior information.I want to fill case aginst there poor service and for the bill waiver.

hi
i have taken reliance wireless broad net connection from 2 month.suddenly this month is has stopped working and therefore i complaint to the costumer care.they had send their executive twice and i wasted two days of my time and the problem has not been resolved yet.its is been 25 days the internet net was not working.i am asking for the bill wavier for this period, as i did not used the internet and i wasted so much time for you not on executives.
