Hello ,

I have applied a Wimax connection (Kolkata) with a Reliance sales Executive, Mr Chinmay Das. I have applied On 13th Jan, 2012. As , i wanted this connections urgently as i am going to use for commercial purpose so i requested this executive , are you will be able to installed within 3 -4 Days.I told 20 to 30 times are sure you can deliver me.

Can you imagine, What Reliance Sales Executive said , He told me Sir , i am 100% sure i will installed within 3-4 days , without any failure. Today date is 31th , Jan ,2012. Till Now. I have not receive any installation.

Last 15 days , he is saying our Stock is not available now. Last week , they said to me , we/ Reliance Company is not sure when they will be able to install on your site. Is this the Reliance business Policy or anything else.

I wasting more than 500 Rs and time behind this. I talked every Nodal officer Of kolkata . They are saying we are not responsible on our sales executive , even they are not ready to punish That sales Executive. Nodal office are saying we are doing best. I emailed lots of to reliance still i have not receive any feedback.

I hope online consumer court will help me to install same connection as i really need it as soon as possible.
