I bought the Reliance 3g Data Card ( ZTE MF190) on 18-08-2011 and after few months I have been suffering from many problems. Some has been resolved and some are still there. I first problem is :-
a.) I usually recharge my account with Rs. 98 ( 2gb plan and validity 1 day). One day i recharged the account with Rs.97 and got one month validity and 2gb was still there. i thought reliance has a new scheme. From that day. I recharge with Rs. 98. and extend the validity with Rs. 97. thus I can use 2gb for one month and when the data gets over i again recharge with Rs.98 and get another 2 Gb. I am doing the same procedure from last 4 months and have not faced any problem , but Yesterday ( 17-01-2012 ) when i recharged with Rs. 98. i got 3072mb ( usually i get 2 Gb) and the validity which was 23-01-2012 decreased/lapsed to 18-01-2012 so to extend the validity I again recharged with Rs.97 but i was really shocked by the result. i got a message where it was written " 3g Account Balance is 100 mb and validity is 16-02-2012." before that i got 3 gb instead of 2 gb and now the whole balance reduced to 100 mb. I don't know where is the fault. I therefore request Reliance to refund my Rs.100 (INR) or return 2gb or suggest any other alternative as i don't want to loss Rs.100. Also, when i went to Reliance World they didn't help me and returned me ,saying that there is no fault from Reliance.Please help me .Thanks.
b.) In my data card , when the storage mode is set to pc i do not get any message when i try to check my internet balance through SMS but when i change the mode to SIM Card , i get those reply messages.I am facing this problem from last 2 months ( When the sim(reliance 3g) got replaced by a new one(Reliance 3g) ) and Reliance World executives are also not able to hep either. Please help me as i always have to move those messages to pc when the memory is full in Sim. Please help me.
