    Hello,

    My Reliance Netconnect+ number 7483358716
    For the month of December my internet speed is dead slow when i contacted the customer care during the I'st,2'nd and 3'th week of December they asked me do clear the temp,cookies,uninstall, restart the system and they end the call saying on of our technical person will contact you /issue will be resolved in 2 days...but nothing happens,
    When i send email i never get a proper response from them , in addition to this when iby the end of the December they said your account has been degraded due since you have utilized your limits.

    Finally i escalate this to Nodal and appellateauthority obsolete there is no response from
    both of then even thoug i have send more then 5 emails to them.


    Now the speed issue has been resolved but all i need to know is valid reason for very low speed for the whole month of December, why Nodal /appellateauthority doesn't respond to my queires

    Hello RCom,

    No As per the last Telecom discussion Rcom assured me that the details will be provided but i'm yet to get those details.
    This is yet to be resolved. please don't mark it as resolved.
