I Mr. Monik joshi and i subscribed Reliance Digital Connection 7 connections on 01/06/2011 . I have recharge amount of 25000/- and above. amount the pack activation (Platinum Pack) than after my one year plan has been activated. so recently 16/10/2011 i got the message is your account has been suspended kindly recharge immediately. From Reliance BIg Tv i had already spoke to customer care executive he says your not able to use platinum pack 12 months due to your scn amount is deducted by your Main Balance.

Why 6 months balance is deducted. to day i am recharging amount with rs 8361/- Extra payment so i request you to kindly waive of my period in 6 months extra on my account. This is BIg Fraud.
