I have a reliance broadband prepaid connection since last one and half year. my problem is that the local lco of my city(LC0)MR.JOGINDER SINGH,s behavier not good for me. my ID NO IS 234410035622.on the last 13/01/12 my internet connection is diconnected due to burn a wire of local LCO. BUT AFTER 2 DAYS ALL THE CONNECTION REJOINTED.i made a complaint against him on customer care.but after 11 days i mailed to sh. anil ambani chairman of reliance then my problem is solved. after that he disconnected my phone without anty reason. i also right to chairman but not action till now. my major problem is that the local (LCO)JOGINDER SINGH J.B TRADERS,did not provide me recharged or validity voucer provide me since one year when i try to meet him he says the company not sent him recharged voucher but he provides all the city customers to provide the voucher. i right about that to chairman too.but no action till taken now.the vouchers responsibility provides is local local lco if i cannot recharged my balance payement in account is nil within fifteen days. please tell me how i take a action against him then he provide me rechaged voucher and his behalf with me better than past.please mail me or resolve my problem. sincerely yours
