I have purchased this Reliance date card three months back in april when i had to travel for work on a very urgent basis. Reliance promised their services to be across India. But still my data card did not work during my travel.
So as a consumer I had asked Reliance to stop my services for time being.
Its been two weeks now that im trying to restart my netconnection - as i have paid an amount of Rs. 2500 for buying the data card i will surely would not like to waste it.
BUT AS IT IS RELIANCE till date my SERVICES ARE NOT ACTIVATED.
i have received messages from reliance themselves that my card is activated but in reality it does not work.
PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I have a life not time to waste on calls to customer care.
Lastly, I wish to ask a very simple question, that how far is it justified that a customer be out of pocket for no mistake on her part. Had there been a credit card due on me for this much period would you have not slapped a hefty charge, under the garb of latest communication jargons? I only want my hard earn money to be returned to me.
