Question Reliance broadband plus, Number : 9320452647

Hi,
I have Reliance broadband plus post paid plan of 1050 monthly rental, now i want to convert it in prepaid plan because i don't want use data card for some time. So cleared all the dues and log complain in reliance webworld to change my plan from post paid to prepaid 35 days before and they told me that in 7 days your plan will convert to prepaid and gave Request number: 133593552‏, but after 7 days they give me another bill of 165 Rs and without my confirmation and without change of plan they closed my request. Now this is the time of another bill so they bill generate 1050 Rs bill again for this month. I am continuously following up with them on mail but every time same response for last one month. I don't want to pay more bills without any use.

Hello All,
My name is AJAY KUMAR i bought thr reliance data card through online before 2 or 3 months ago but my problem is no body in reliance done my verification i am not able to use my internet last 3 months. please it is request to u plz do my verification. MY DATA CARD number is 7428216407.
