I have taken a Reliance broadband connection. when i have taken the connection, i was not told that the connection speed will be in kbps. After taking the connection when i tested the sped ii found the speed was in kpbs.
when call to customer care i was told that there is work going on and will take 3 months to resolve, since my place is falling under high conjunction network.

I'm paying for the such a pathetic service. I feel that i'm being cheated. When they know there is a problem in network, why did not they told me that there will be a speed issue. I'm not sure till when this will get resolved.

I there any way i can registered a complain for cheating the consumer againt the dealer(Reliance netconnect shopp in Ajmera-Pimpri,Pune).
