dear sir,
recently i am using reliance gsm sim (9835334866) in bihar,.i have recharged with 99,GPRS pack.I am using 3g data card.but when i tried to connect it didn't connected.on asking customercare they answered that "you can not use 2g plan in a 3g data card,you can only use 3g plan in 3g data card."
so my complain in this regard is that:
1] they have mentioned it nowhere,then how it happened.
2]i am using in a area where no 3g network is available,so did i lost my 99 rupee.
