I opted for reliance broadband on 13th dec 2011 from one of the sales executive Ragvendra(Phno-9620696949) with APPLICATION NO-17800029371568 to my location in bangalore where he had pasted pamplets od reliance ad for broadband.I called him and got the connection paid 1350.I was told by him that i will get connection in 2days but i dint get connection for two weeks.I kept on calling sales executive Ragvendra and his SALES MANAGER R.Jyootheesh(Phno-9379623222) but i dint get any response from these guys and dint get any help from customer care also(the worst customer care ever).After continously calling MANAGER i was told by him after two weeks that they cant give connection in my area(If connection was not possible then why was the money taken and why did they gave me false promises of connection),So u need to disconnect your services and i was again falsely promised for refund of the amount within one week,But the twist his i am yet to recieve the refund amount.I keep on calling,visiting the reliance communications office but again they give false promises that i recieve the amount but its already more than one month that i had opted for Connection but yet to recieve the refund amount.The SALES MANAGER even told me that if u want to give complaint to consumer court you can complaint we are not scared of this consumer court.Its already more than one month that i am roaming calling these people but yet to recieve the refund amount.So please help me get the refund amount and take necessary action against this.

My contact number is 9036842069.I am trying to call the billing department but they are not answering my call.Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me to egt my refund amount as soon as possible.
