This is regarding my Reliance Netconnect device number 7483041927. I had raised complaints many times but never got the problem resolved and also I had called customer care no. multiple times to change my plan as my bill amount was coming very high.
I was initially using 10 Gb plan @Rs 800 and an extra 10GB night plan for Rs200 extra but was getting a speed of 10 kbps to 20 kbps and was promised to be given a lowest speed of 256kbps adn upto 3.1 mbps which I had never got.
I raised many complaints but never got my problem resolved.
I was being told that a network upgrade activity is going on in my area and this is the reason that I was getting that low speed. This was something which I was being told for almost 6 months and never got any waiver as I kept on paying the bill of Rs.1100
The time I decided to surrender my datcard I was given a free usage plan but still i received a bill of sum 2100 approx.
I raised my concerns to customer care which was not taken care of.
Now I am continuously receiving call from reliance to pay the remaining bill.
My concern : If I hav got a free usage plan then why am I suppose to pay any bill.
I need a waiver for the bills that I had paid to reliance for almost months.
