Hello Sir,

Myself Chandan Mishra, currently using rel GSM +918010332710 is being cheated by the reliance services and even the customer care executives are not helping me .. i have been using reliance since Aug 2011 , and last day i recharged my a/c by the scheme ie reliance to reliance night calling minutes(500min) of Rs 79/- . and i got the confirmation message that the scheme is activated on my no. but it wasn't and therefore balance was getting deducted at night ..and when i call the customer care, they didn't gave any proper reason, instead every time i call them they say there is some technical problem , i tried every time same reason by customer care. and even after a day they didn't gave a proper response.

please help me out.
