I am writing to report the harassment made to me by Om Sai Enterprises , sending me threat emails about taking legal action for not clearing my dues.

Since I have been using my Reliance Broadband Net Connect + internet, I have been frequently facing, bad service, frequent signal failures and extremely poor and slow internet when I was promised a speed of 3.1 mbps while purchasing.

Although due to, bad internet service, my usage was always limited, I have been billed excessively high time and again and every complaint I have made to the customer care, has been answered by telling me, we have work in progress in the Kalyan - Dombivli area, so you will only be able to access the internet with 1 X speed and not the full speed of 3.1 Mbps.
This has always been the problem and no amount of calling and complaining the customer care has helped me.

When I decided to not pay the bill... the people from reliance web world, approached my neighbours, and harassed my family frequently by knocking at my door.

I request you to kindly look into my matter and help me, because I am been excessively overcharged for not even using the internet service excessively from Reliance Net Connect.
