Dear Sir, Ma'am,

My name is Shruti Garg. I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband services since last two years.

In the recent time, since last 6 to 7 months I am not receiving the hard copy of the bill. My bill is being mailed on my id which I gave at the beginning. That mail id is now no more in my usage.

As I am not able to receive the hard copy, I am not in a position to pay the bill on time, ramification being the connection gets disconnected by the company people without even informing me.

I have made the complaints several time but I think Reliance is not interested in serving their old customers properly. Well I don't have any problem with that. There are other services available in the market as well.

This is the last time I am making this complaint. If it does not get processed this time, I will make sure that I stop using Reliance netconnect.
