    Dear Sir, Ma'am,

    My name is Indraneel I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband (9391090169) services since last two years

    Two months before i have shifted to a new house and there the reliance signal is very weak so I have made the complaints several time but I think Reliance is not interested in serving their old customers properly. Well I don't have any problem with that. There are other services available in the market as well now, i asked them to cancel the connection they have registered me cancellation request and since two months still they are sending me bills.

    This is the last time I am making this complaint.
    Hope to receive a positive response.

    Default Reliance Brodband in Kalyani Nagar Pune

    This is complaining about the Reliance NetConnect not working. I have purchased Reliance Net connect Broadband+ connection on four month back However after few days of usage I found that I am not getting proper speed.

    They claim that the speed we will get that up to 256 KBPS, So I bought their equipment with Rs.1200/- ,After using for 3-4 days I found that I was not getting adequate speed.
    The average speed currently I am getting 0.0 to 0.0 Mbps and not able to open any web page.
    Issue:
    My Net Connect is stop working since 16 September while I connect it will give me speed down load 0 and Upload 0
    I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect,
    I have called many time to reliance and got response till November 2011 problem wont resolve and I have to wait till November 2011 and pay my bill continues while I am not using it
    I have asked reliance that I don't want to use their service and I want my money back by returning the Equipment (That costs Rs.1200/-) but they told me 1200 is not refundable, now it’s your device you can keep with you.

    Default Data Card

    Respected Sir,

    I have purchased a Relaince Datacard -card no is 07498609753. The card is a prepaid card and I have paid a sum of Rs 5000/-. in advance for usage of Internet for one year.
    The card was sent to me and terminated after two days saying my address is not verified. The termination of card was not informed to me, i learnt about it when called customer care. After coordinating 6 months with Relaince Data Card team, they just landed up promising that they will send someone for verification or refund us our money.But neither has happened.

    Please help us out with the problem as Reliance Data card Team is just not helping us out and our hard earn money is occupied for no use atall

    My Net Connect has stopped working since 3months while I connect it will give me speed down load 0 and Upload 0
    I put a complaint to customer care of Reliance net connect,

    I have asked reliance that I want to change the service to prepaid and I want my money back for the bill I paid for 3months but they told me its not refundable,and asked me to wait till Dec 31st but eventhough i dn't get the speed i have to pay the bill,its their company policy.I need Justice for this kindly consider my complaint.
