Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I bought reliance Netconnect+ on 17 july 2011. Earlier i had a speed based plan ie 15gb Day and 20gb Night@ Rs. 750. The receiving speed coming was up to 384kbps because that was written in the plan and it was fine. Then i changed the plan on 27 oct 2011 to Time based plan ie 3600 min day and 5400 min night @ Rs. 950 and the receiving speed mentioned is 3.1 mbps. Unfortunately the speed coming is even less then 384 kbps. I am now paying even more and getting even less service then the previous plan. Please help me.

These ppl levied some monthly rental with the name VPN Plan Rental and are charging 870 rs monthly. Without my consent. I never got any such rental activated.

I already have a rs 950 monthly plan for UNLIMITED internet usage. and this charge of rs 870 monthly is on top of that. customer care never helps. called them three times, and they always gave me a new number to call. no one answered on the phone numbers they gave.

Please never take Reliance NetConnect. Speeds are pathetic and they promise 3.1MBPS but i get only 15kbps.
