This complain is regarding my netconnect plus which i have purchased on 25 October number is 7428933007 after 4 5 days it got barred and the reason when i asked it was mentioned that DOCUMENT VERIFICATION NEGATIVE when i asked why my documents are considered as negative then from your customer care to nodal office does not have any answer I want you to please check my details the number of times i have called to your customercare and nodal office in fact the nodal office i was told that PLease donnot call here again and again we will call you as soon as we find something then after that i have not called your nodal office regarding Document verification negative and i have submitted my documents atleast 17 times in the reliance web world but still my number got terminated.

I have gone for 3 month advance rental plan in start but my number got terminated on 20. I was charged rental for the entire period from 25october to 20 november including the period when my number is barred. I wanted to know what is my mistake in all this process when my number is terminated from your end, it was barred from your end i am daily talking to N number of persons then why are you charging me for the period when you have barred my number. Is It my mistake??????
And secondly when i was like finish that i can not fight with you guys anymore i said i quit and even after submitting the documents 17 i went agin to your web world and submitted my document 18th time and he has issued me an new number 9310062041 saying that i will shift your three month advance rental plan to this new number and guess what any other plan(silver lite i guess) is given to me not the one which i have (that three month advance rental) earlier. For this i have talked to coutomer care he said me to go to the web world again.. Just tell me one thing have i had done any crime for which you guys are giving me punishment. Why should i go there tell me is it my fault i already have suffered my office in the process of submitting my documents 18 times. Now i did not go anywhere This is none of my fault. I have talked to nodal desk regarding that when she takes my complain regarding this she said me that withing 24 hours shet will be updating me but again no one is interested i have made a call to her and she said give me one hour i will do it for you and after one hours she makes a call to me and said "Tell me the name of executive who given you this new number" Is it a way to work ???? then she said wait for 48 hours for resolution.

Regarding charging rental in barring period when there is none of my mistake the nodal desk says it is company policy when i asked to please Mr Anuj Bahuguna Nodal head to delhi she said he is busy i m sending him message he will talk to you in next 24 hours but there is no point that he has contacted me till 48 hours although as i have called twice and said to send a remainder but still no response..

Now after such a long story tell me what should i do shall i commit suicide.......

So two issues to be resolved
1) Migrate the three month advance rental plan to my new data card its number is 9310062041.
2) You should not be charging me the rental for the period by which my number is barred as i have always being in contact with you and keep asking Why number is barred what does document verification negative means and in the meanwhile have submitted documents 18 times in web world but still if you think it is a company policy that you should charge the customer for barring period even though there is no mistake from customer end So i want the copy of that policy which says that even if the mistake is from reliance end and they will be barring my number they will charge me the rental for that period I must want to challange that in court..
