WARNING MASSAGE FOR INNOCENT INDIANS : BEWARE ALWAYS RELIANCE NETCONNECT +
Dear Indian Brothers,
I have bought an Reliance Netconnect+ Data Card on 28 September 2011. I have paid Rs. 2583 for three months unlimited with free data card plan. I get a data card. As reliance world person and reliance site said Netconnect+ speed up to 3.1 MBPS. When i was buying it, i think site said average speed is 500 KBPS is not bad speed for me. It activated in 2 days and after 4 days again deactivate. When I call in customer care they said deactivate because verification pending. Reliance person not doing this address verification timely and i paying in advance. Is my fault if they not doing verification. After 3 days after verification they activate my data card.
I found 1st day of my Data card activation speed not gone over 40 kbps. I call customer care for this problem many times. They always said 1st delete cookies, some settings checks all nonsense work. Because I already use before same computer airtail broad band 1Mbps with best speed. Customer care person always talk form Mumbai. They not knowing other location of India. not know about places of Delhi (Heart of India). They said where you live. I said in Delhi. They said many Tower locations Like : Rohini, Dwarika, etc. but not reach my nearby location IARI Pusa Near Inder Puri. One customer care executive said go to check this device any other computer. One executive said go to Reliance World and test there your device. I go reliance world they check and file a complaint and said your problem resolve within 5 Days. After 2 days I receive a call form reliance they said your problem solved. I am in office i go to home and check it. speed comes 5 to 20 kbps. I again call customer care they said in our database your problem solved. I said but i am facing same problem till this time. My device is Huwai EC159 so they said go to nearest huwai service center. I go there and give Huwai EC159 device for checking. They said speed is slow we sent this device to chennai for replacement. After 5 days they give me a new device. Then i have again update divice no in reliance world. Then I came at home and again try new device. But i was very dispointed when i see same speed 5 to 20 kbps. (It meant not Huwai device fault is RELIANCE SERVICE FAULD). I again call in reliance customer care. Now a new executive found my nearbuy location Rangit Nagar. And said I showing updated network upgradation work in progress. So speed issue is not solve and no complaint file till 30 November. It meant I pay 750+750 with taxes, 2 month charges for 5-10 kbps speed as netconnect not netconnect+ speed average 500kbps. I suggest we use phone modem for this speed in only approx Rs. 100. So Beware Reliance Netconnect+ and go for others.
