I am Saravana Kumar T, residing in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I had been wrongly charged for my Reliance Post Paid wireless broadband data card. The details are here as below

Mr. Zakeer gave me a Customer Voice form on October 18th, 2011( I have the physical proof of the form with me) stating that my Data card plan will be changed to 600 Rental with 3Gb/10GB plan effective next billing cycle( which was November 18 to Dec 17, 2011). I got a second shock when I found the bill plan has not been changed as Mr. Zakeer had promised in writing on 18th October. I am now being wrongly charged again for extra usage( I was of the impression that My plan had been changed).
The customer voice form Mr. Zakeer gave had a number( A 119199). CVF open date: 18/10/2011. If you need a scanned copy of the form, I can do that as well.
I am totally shocked, frustrated and in deep anger in the way I had been cheated and treated in this whole episode. I need a proper resolution to my issue and stern action to be taken against your Staff, Zakeer. I am so frustrated, I want to terminate my Reliance post paid connection(including my Data Card) and move on to other network. I have had a bitter experience with Reliance network in recent times.
Hope at least the senior authority management take my plea into consideration and give me a positive solution.
