My Internet has not been working since 18-Aug-2011. To this effect a complaint was logged on 20-Aug-2011, the issue seemed to have been resolved on 8-Aug-2011, when my internet started working, but was only operational for 30-35 minutes. Then I again registered a complaint on 8-Aug-2011 followed by a complaint on 14-Sep-2011.
For all the complaints I have received a response saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs, after which I was promised resolution ASAP. Periods in the range of 20 days do not come under ASAP resolutions.
