Just to remind members that I am getting very low speed and customer care only says your problem is escalated god knows when shall they wake up and rectify the speed. My device no is 9391259208 working in ranigunj area of secunderabad city of Hyderabad. My humble request to reliance customer care do not provide this standard phrase reply to customer be specific and provide time limit of such escalation process. Kindly revert back if reliance management have ever studied customer relationship management and its importance.
