I bought a Reliance Netconnect "9372159745". At the time of purchase I was told that I have an unlimited plan for downloads upto 10Gb post which the speed will be reduced to 144kb. However the actual plan which got activated was Brdbnd5GDy10GNgt400 and I got a bill of Rs.2823/- for just 6 days of usage. Even thought my usage was very less.

These are the billing details :
18 Nov 2011 - 18 Dec Rs.300
18 Dec 2011 - 24 Dec Rs.2823

and then the net got disconnected on 24 dec 2011.When I inquired why my net was disconnected, these people said that due to over usage my net has been disconnected and will be resumed after I pay the bill. When I asked for a copy of the bill , they said that the bill will be generated only after the end of billing cycle that is 25 Jan 2012 and were not able to provide me with any bill.

My points :
Firstly I never activated this plan, then how did it got activated.
Secondly just in 6 days my usage cannot be so much to be charged Rs.2800.Can they provide me the usage details of these 6 days.
Thirdly the credit limit allowed is 1500 so why did they wait till the bill reached 2800.
Fourthly
Also I have been charged 2500 under VAS for night usage of 14948 units. Can they explain this in the bill.

The customer care was very rude (at web world, osmanpura, aurangabad , maharashtra) and infact threatened me to pay the bill or else someone will come to your house and forcefully take the payment.

I really hope I do get a serious and useful reply from reliance.
