I dont know what will happen if we post something on here. But am extremely frustrated on Sulekha b2b where there is no service at all after the registeration and no queries for my export business even after placing 12 different products. No one will even care if you send emails. The cancellation procedure is not in place where I have escalated in just 10 days because the service was poor. I dont know these companies do have any customer support protocols and cancellation procedures. Can anyone help me to get the money back from them?
