today (10 Apr 12) I have recharged my T24/Docomo no. for Rs. 200 + Rs. 200 (two times) through Oxicash.in website, which was recommended by T24 Website. But due to this problem, my no. is not recharged. The amount is deducted from my bank account. The problem was.

I did an T-24 special e-recharge for my T24/Docomo number for Rs. 200/- through Oxicash.in website, which was recommended by T24 Website. It promised a full talktime of Rs. 230/-. But post recharge I get a confirmation message that the number has been recharged for Rs.178/-. The amount has been charged to my credit card as well.
Upon calling the T24 customer care he representative gives a story that the Rs.200/- recharge with full talktime of Rs.230/- is only if one recharges at Big Bazaar, pantaloons, brand factory etc. If not there are service charges applicable (which is not mentioned on T-24 or Oxicash's website).

i think i chose a better way than re-complaining. I changed my sim. That problem was stuck in the middle somewhere in air. It did not got resolved. Anyway thank you for ur support.
