This has been an horrifying experience from one of the biggest business organizations-TATA .
After falling for the sales pitch of an dishonest person , I got this 3G estick -(claiming to provide high speed internet ), all I have ended up is getting trouble and losing money on a worthless product . This is the speed I get 2.3kbps upload and 1.2kbps download .

I have complained to the Nodal Officers and the ethics team . No reply . Tried to get in touch with tech support , never been able to get through. Chatted with technicians and no one wants to admit their company's faulty network service , just want to pass the buck .

The funny part is this was the same company , which got mentions in 2G scam , and am sure this is a 3G scam they are upto . In the past their service engineers have come to investigate the issue ,and one can see their incompetency and unorganized approach . The Nodal officers are just another joke , its not hard to figure out , this DOCOMO 3G is without any strategy and direction . Please do not go for this product , its a waste of your time and money and patience .
