    Angry Tata Docomo net services

    I have been a customer of Tata indicom net connection for the past 3 yrs. without complaint regularly paying my bill in advance thru net banking. That was with unlimited plan Ds206 Advantage 399 unlimited ( thereby paying Rs. 440 per month.). As this connection was very slow I mailed them on 6th Dec 2011 to ask about other plan which is faster network. On 13th Dec . I received mail from them sending me Excel sheet of different plans. I mailed them on 16th Dec. to opt for the plan DS 401 which is a limited plan . I received an answer on 16th Dec. saying that they have received my request & it will be done before 20th Dec. I received a bill for Rs. 6000 ( six thousand ) on 23rd Dec. showing new plan activated on 10th dec & it's bill from 10th Dc to 16th Dec. as 3000 Rs. There is no change in speed or any other facility . When I immediately mailed them about explanation for this huge bill ( as compared to my 440 per month )& asking them to revert to my earlier plan. I received a prompt reply saying it is varified & correct. I wonder if my request for change is received by them on 16th how can they charge me from 10th to 16 by new plan ? & how can I get varification ? .

    Angry Earlier complaint about Tataindicom .

    I hope something will be done in this matter .
    As I did not pay my bill & waiting for clarification from them ( due date for payment was 9th January) They disconnected my connection on 5th Jan ( without any intimation ) . Morning creating lot of inconvenience to me. The explanation on phone ( I could connect after trying for 2 hrs.) was that my bill had crossed the credit limit. So I had to immediately pay from my neighbour's computer & the connection started on 6th night 11.30.
    Now I want to know why should I continue with Tata Indiacom ?
