whatever the name is what do we customers do...............are they treating us as useless persons.They do whatever they want to do and we have to run according to them.I have been using tata photon plus for last two months now bearing the number 9207067431.I did not recieve the bill before due date 10-01-2012 and my connection got over on 25-12-2012 and again this month due date is 10-02-2012 and they have barred the services on 26-01-2012 and now the offices are closed here becoz first it was holiday on 26th january,27 jan holiday due to SARASWATI PUJA here in ASSAM and now 28th january its sunday .SO now as consumer i bear the loss last month for three days and now for four days again i have to pay for 7 days without using the facilities.Why do we bear this,what mistake is ours is it that we are using your facilities and you think u can do anything with our money,emotions,time............and when we call at customer care they are busy transfering calls and later line gets disconnected.Who is going to help us and whoi is going to bear the loss suffered by me now i want u to deduct the seven days extra money i paid from my bill and i will pay the bill else there is no use in paying for the services not used by me.Waiting for ur response.
