Default Tata Indicom Broadband complaint

Hello

I've been using the Tata Indicom Broadband for some time now, but lately their service has become unbearable. I'm using an 'Flash 256' plan in the state of Kerala with the following id:
ryanrf15@vsnl.net

Problems:
1. Stability*
2. Down time.

Of the two problems downtime is understandable as long as its not frequent. But the stability problem is extremely annoying. The connection gets cut off every few minutes. This is completely unacceptable when doing voice chats or streaming videos, and i do both. Further infuriating was a call from them asking me to buy a static IP to make my connection stable.
The second problem is the downtime, which i usually don't mind. But this too is creeping across my tolerance levels. Right now for EXAMPLE: I didn't have connection till late in the evening, and after it comes on it keeps breaking up every 2 mins. Further annoying is that this is sunday and i should be getting boosted speeds.
Finally, i got in contact with the nodal officer, who seemed more interested in finishing my call rather than hearing out my complete problem. Note: took me 3-4 tries(full rings) before he even picked up the phone.

Anyway, I'm at least happy with the customer care, the only thing reliable at this point. Although I don't think they can do much at the service level, except taking complaints.
And just to get my point clear, I've noted most of the complaint Nos issued to me.

As you can see i tried quite a bit before resorting to take my problem public. Either way i'm very close to shifting back to my bsnl connection. They aren't much better, although i'd only have to shell out effectively haft the price for my needs.

Its been almost 2 weeks and i'm still facing the same problems. Not a single day has passed without some kind of issue. And here's two more complaint Nos to add to my collection:

This has truly been my worst experience with an ISP. Don't even know why i call them to complain anymore. The only benefit being i get a lot more calls confirming the net is working, with the connection dying within a few hours. Apparently something's wrong with the local server and i have to suffer for it. And its almost time for the monthly due, which as usual is very regular.

In short, time for me to check out other ISP options. And if you reside in the state of Kerala i would highly recommend that you NOT take a Tata Indicom internet connection.

PS. Disconnection problems for the whole day today. I frelling hate Tata broadband

Default Not getting speed as per plan You BroaBand

Not getting speed as per plan
I am currently subscribed to YOU Broadband internet service..As per the plan I am supposed to get 4Mbps speeds. Till date my speed has not crossed 1Mbps. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified.When I call the customer service they just register the complaint. I am not sure how to get my problem solved.

Angry cheating

I am currently subscribed to YOU Broadband internet service..As per the plan I am supposed to pay one month after completion of one month.for Till date i am get bill with soon of 10 days. Inspite of several complaints, the problem is not rectified.No response from your services.and they cheating me.very very very poor performance and not satisfied with your services.

Default Tata Indicom broadband - wi fi

I wish I could sue tata indicom for mental harassment! After paying a deposit of Rs 1000/- it took them more than 2 months to give the connection. The connection worked fine for a month and then no internet access. Even after repeated complaints - its been more than 10 days with no action! Requested multiple times for disconnecting wifi but they always ask to go to their office. If I can request a new connection online why cant we place request for disconnecting over phone or internet!

Worst services ever! I just want to get rid of it NOW!
