I had the account number 976914763 for Tata Indicom DSL broadband connection. This was a 3 month post paid plan where bill was generated every 3 months. The bill was paid till june 2011 and the customer care was asked to close the connection. At that point of time the bill for next 3 month july-sep was generated even though i asked them that i am discontinuing the connection. Now this was not done from their end and now i am shocked to receive another bill from oct-jan.
I have already asked the customer care to close my account earlier during june. I dont understand why the bill is still being generated. Particularly why the charges are levied on a customer when the account is blocked and the broadband connections is not provided. Is it a way to harass your customers. It looks to me like a dirty way to make money. I have already spoken to the customer care people and said that i am not going to use this broadband connection for the future. But it seems you keep generating bill every 3 months. I fail to understand this policy.
Please look into this ASAP.
