I m having such a tough time to just get the correct and honest answer about the status of my a.c . I had a Lan line and broad band connection .
My problem is simple, When i left abroad in dec 2010, i requested for account closure and send me my final bill by email. I paid the bill in Feb 2011. But they never closed the account. I got another bill in April and i complained and got the complaint no. and also reply that the same is complaint no . is closed.
I then got the big shock of my life in Nov, when a collection officer sent me notice that i appear before appellate authority as i have not paid my bills of 2200/- .
I sat all night in US, calling the nodal officer, customer service Suguna Shetty ( she never comes on phone), Radha krishnan ( collection officer) to say its not my fault. I have all communtion and service req no. for account closure.I forward every email i had to the collection officer .
They raise another service req no. 287760591 and close it AGAIN.
I write back and again spend hours trying to find what they did with it. I get different answers from different people. Some said, its under investigation, other said only Lan line is temporarily suspended, Broad band is still active......dont know whom to believe.
I write reminder after reminder to Nodal officer Suguna and Radhakrishnan marking CC to whole lot of emails i know. BUT STILL NO REPLY ON MY ACCOUNT.
If they made a mistake, accept and correct it.....why harass people with no fault of theirs and making them run after you. HOW INSENSITIVE ARE THESE PEOPLE.
I wonder what quality of people are they hiring in TATA INDICOM.....worst service ever... I don't know how to go further and get this solved.
Any one had such a bad incident before..? andy outcome you know of that would help me with my case, would be appreciated.
