I am running an authorised service center of samsung mobiles situated at lalchowk anantnag kashmir...I Live 4kms away from my office..When tata indicom started its services of photon plus.i took a connection of tata photon and it provided a good speed as promised of 3 mbps at my office..I got back home and as my work is online work so i rely on internet more than anything else..i checked and it gave me a speed of 256 kbps which is a joke...I visited tata offices many times regarding the issue where i was told that photon plus high speed is nt available outside 2kms from main city(office)..and was asured that the tower lying aside our home has not been equipped with a device to allow fast internet and will be done soon....So i as having no other option started to leave my family and take a room for rent to stay so as to get my work done.. now it has been a year i am staying in a rented room and staying away from my family just 3kms apart...I pay 1100 rent of my photon connection per month and to work i have to stay on rent.leaving me pyschologically depressed becoz of the seperation of family as i couodnt stay there as i have to reply a lot of mails and download the content from our support area...I want a compensation of this fatigue and want my right of being there permenent customer...if it would have worked at my home as promised i would have been a happy man and could have earned more than 10 lacs in the time i use to cook and make all the stuff i had to do at my rented room and why i stood there becoz of the false service from tata indicom....i want compensation and punishment to the tata indicom...
