Hi,
My name is Navpreet Singh. I was Tata Indicom Photon Whiz customer. First 2 month it work very fine and get a good surfing speed and also downloading but after 2 months it started creating problem and cant even able to access my emails. I have filled complaints against this to the customer care. But they didn't give any complaint number and no one come to improve that only they called back when they got some offer or when the bill is due on my side. It contentiously pay bills on time for next 3-4 months and always file against there bad performance of device but they didn't take action against it.
They also e-mail me the bill on my e-mail address. But after 3-4 months when it is unbearable then i told customer care to stop the service and stop harassing me by giving unwanted calls. But they didn't listen and called me again and again. And also send me bills. They contentiously call me and i always say that i won't pay the bills that i have already told to stop providing services and i also stopped using there connection and i wont pay the bill for unused service and suddenly from no where after 6-8 months i got call from court that a had case filled against me for not paying bills and i have to pay a fine of Rs. 50,000 and also told me that you have didn't reply to our intimation. And i daily check my mails even got a single mail regarding case filling.
This is very very embarrassing. Even they have not send a mail and try to sort it out. Just got mail regarding bill. I am very dis-pointed from there service and even they fail to fulfill customer requirement and also very un-pleased to customer.
Please help me out user. What should i do next?
