I'm Tata Indicom Postpaid Customer from last 4.6 years.On 7th Oct'11, I went to nearest tata indicome nearest store in GUNTUR to migrate my connection from post paid to prepaid.But your customer executive told me to come tomorrow. again I went early morning on 8th Oct'11. But your customer excecutive talking very rude and telling, the people who will handle this migration is not available. Then again I have waited for another hour. Initially she told me post paid to prepaid migration is ot possible. Then she took me around Rs.1400 to do this migration including 2 months rental (Rs.750). I'm wondering that why she took Rs.1400. Til today this migration did not happned.I'm unhappy your executives services.
Specially I'm very serious about your executive attitude (The person who took Rs. 1400 towards outstanding and migration fees , dated:08/10/11, bill number:36435533). She is reckless about very old Customer. I'm totally Unhappy with her behaviour and service. Pls investigate about this girl. I need apolozies from her, Dont want to repeat the same thing to another customer.
I have raised a SR over internet regarding the same thing on 21/09/2011 with SR number : 355220, Till today there is no proper response on this..
