Tata photon customer service agents and their service can be compared to nothing (hate the word service attached to their business) .Disgusting experience dealing with bunch of arrogant brutes.lodged a complaint against a rude agent on December 31st (docket number 292533469) and this service which is supposed to be the best ISP provider in India still could not come with up with any apology..We pay in melons and get service of ants ass.
Indians provide excellent customer service for foreign companies. Why cant Indian companies train their agents to be little more professional {honestly just little}?

The reason for my complaint against the rude agent was, the agent who came home to collect money to clear my outstanding amount went back without collecting money and when I called back to know the reason to my shocking surprise started using abusive language against my father.
