    Default TATA Photon closed complaint without any solution

    TATA Photon closed my complain vide docket number 292349597 without any solution. I really want some kind of strict action on TATA PHOTON service. I want compensation because of such behavior and service from TATA Photon. Myself suresh shukla. my data card no. is 09223565247 and account no. is 980147712I suffered a lot due to TATA photon billing.on 25 sep 2011 I purchased tata photon plus data card. plan for internet service is Photon plus 2GB @Rs 750. I asked about billing cycle or period but they didnot say anything at that time. After a week they sent a bill of period from 25/09/11 to 08/10/11 of Rs. 1606. Its really fraud. I am really upset and make up my mind to disconnect this service and went to tata photon gallery they said demand another Rs. 1000 for disconnection. My usage are not so much. I have all proofs but they even not to listen. Total amount paid is Rs.2606 and I disconnected that service . After two weeks again service started without any information and again they sent bill of Rs.398. Its really Irritating and I am in really upset due to this kind of torture from TATA service. I want back my money which I paid to TATA photon of Rs.2606 without using internet sevice.

    Thumbs down One more Photon horror

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am a tata photon customer from a couple of months. till now i was only hearing horror stories of tata photon customers... but now i am one of the victim..

    the cheating of photon vendors started here.

    i was informed that i will be in a corporate plan and the billing amount will be rs. 800 per month. BUT i got a staggering 993 rupees ... what is this ???????????

    OK, if i am not in corporate plan , where is the 100% refund plan ??????????????? is it only for TV advertisements ?????????

    now suddenly my photon gets disconnected after 2 days of bill generation and customer care tells that i have reached credit limit ... then what is the bill due date for ????

    OK, let us think that i will pay my bill ON the generation of my bill.. BUT customer care tells me that i will be charged even during the days in which MY PHOTON WAS DISCONNECTED because of reaching credit limit...... what is this you call ?????????

    after all this i call customer care .. they tell to call between 9am to 9pm... but when i call they tell there is some problem wilh the system so they cannot look into my details and asks to reach for a photon store !!!!!!!!!!!! don't you people think i dont have any other work other than searching for shops ??????????

    why is your customer care for ????????? advertisements ??????
