    Angry Tata Photon Connection barred - address verification pending

    I bought Tata photon (Corporate connection -9243390552) a month back. After using for a week, the connection was disconnected saying address verification not done.

    1) I have been mailing the tata photon customer care (3 different id's) for the past 3 weeks reg. the same. I have even stopped receiving replies now.

    2) On two occassions, I got call from verification executive. I asked them to come on saturday, they agreed but no one showed up. Neither any one called me reg. that.

    3) Last saturday I went to the Tata photon office. The executive said that by 6 pm a person will come and verify. Again, no one showed up.

    In case you guys find it so difficult to do a simple verification, then I am no longer interested in your services. This was my first stint with Tata and I am totally disappointed.

    Since my connection is already barred I don't think it will be difficult for you to completely cancel my connection.

    Let me know the procedure to return the device.
