Photon+ ....................Its not once its twice they are doing the same bad billing policy.......
They should change their name to 'bad billing team'
Previously I was so happy with the response from Photon+team on my first bill dispute, but my recent bill blew my mind and forced me to re-think.
As per the above complaint My photon plus number is 9234602399. My connection started on 14 th Nov 2010. My original scheme was 15gb free data per month which was changed by mistake to some other low scheme, on 15th Nov 2010. After getting my first bill on 8th December, I came to know of this mistake and complained to customer service. I made a call for that purpose on 8/12/2010. After not getting my proper result, I contacted customer care by email vide docket number M3217015 to Mr Shiva Kumar P – Senior Manager – Customercare – Jharkhand. Then I lodged another complaint and my grievances were addressed and my original scheme was reattached to my plan n 18th Dec, 2010. And I was very content with your service and even expressed my good thoughts here.
I confirmed with the person reattaching my plan that i will get 15gb free data on prorata basis for this month. Since my cycle ended on 6th January, so I would be getting 20 days for prorata calculation. Thus my free data comes to around 10GB for this month. And as such I used accordingly. And everyday I was checking my net unbilled amount, which was showing 0 zero everyday.
But on 8th January I received a detailed bill which gave me an outstanding as 2224 Rs. On seeing the detailed bill, I was surprised to see that I received only 5.5GB(2755Rs) of free data out of my stipulated 10GB (pro-rata basis). After lodging a complaint vide docket number 249724895 on 10th Jan,11; I came to know that the reason was because i had used other 5gb before my scheme was re-attached, so i will have to pay for that data.
Points to note:
1. It was not my fault(but your fault) that my scheme was changed on 15th Nov and had to be re-attached on 18th Dec. Mind it; It was re-attached and this means i was supposed to be getting that scheme of 15gb free data for the whole month but couldnt get due to fault within your system.
2. Furthermore, I had pointed out the fault to you on 8th Dec itself and then had to wait for 10 whole days to get my original plan back. This delay was not due to me and I am NOT responsible for the lack of my free plan during that time. Therefore you should count this towards my whole monthly allowance of 10 gb free data on pro-rata basis.
3. I being a concerned and cautious user was using my 10 gb free data and checked my net unbilled amount everyday, which amounted to ZERO till the last day of cycle. How come then at then at the and of my cycle a 2224 Rs bill was generated by splitting my usage in two phases, pre scheme and post scheme. If your billing is monthlyand any change within the cycle is calculated pro-rata basis, then you should also count free data on monthly basis, rather than splitting it up. If this is your absurd policy, then you should generate a bill everyday on daily use or even every hour for hourly use.
My demands are not more than what I am entitled for, as a Photon+ avid user. Please count this whole month's usage on a monthly basis rather than dividing it into two phases, coz the scheme had to be re-attached(kindly not re-attach) due to fault at your level.
NOW THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION AND PUT A HEFTY DUES OF 2300 RS IN MY NAME AND EVEN THEN I WANT TO USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING MY CONNECTION TO RE-REGISTER AGAIN.
I DONT WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE OF ITS HIGH SPEED, BUT I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.
ADDITIONALLY THEY ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY BY MAKING SOME ''NO GOOD'' LAWYER CALL ME AND FORCE ME INTO PAYING.
I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE PAISA MORE THAN WHAT I AM ENTITLED TO BECAUSE OF YOUR BILLING FAULT; EVEN IF YOU LAUNCH YOUR SO CALLED LAWYER GOONS AFTER ME.
