My previous similar complaint(# 406671) for photon+ no. 9230642510 was
closed on having detected a download speed of 676kbps(which I suppose
is a huge speed for a [COLOR="rgb(154, 205, 50)"]3mbps[/COLOR] connection within the tab of 10gb).Once
the complaint was closed,the speed slid back to its 14kbps form as
before.Is there a permanent solution or do I have to keep complaining to get the minimum speed over & over again?
