my photon no.7221174226 i have made a online recharge through credit card on 11.11.11 at about 10.pm for rs.700.00 .at that time made a call to customer care and they told that your money will refund to your account but not so till date now i made another online recharge on 19.11.11 for rs,700,00 and that amount of data i used
when i made so many complain regarding this customer care told that your amount overlap means its foult of organisation but suffur customer how it is possible ,please clarify
