    My Postpaid Tata Photon plus. No 9225308582.
    Its more than a month that i am facing the slow speed issues.

    Please check the below statistics which shows very poor speed.
    Download Speed: 87 kbps (10.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 74 kbps (9.3 KB/sec transfer rate)

    I'm paying my bills on time and getting such bad speed, it's very frustrating.

    Kindly look into the issue on priority.

    If such poor service provided , need to think to stop using Tata Photon Service and switch to other service provider.

    Please note that as per your last update 21-Dec-2010, you commited it will be resolved in 45 days.
    Now 45 days are completed but still internet speed not improved. Do you want me to stop using Tata Photon service?

    Dear Customer care,
    I have bought Tata Photon Plus. but it is frustrating slow. I have paid always well in advance. I have been cheated by tata photon by giving false promises.
    There is an advertisement of getting money back. Please take you photon back and return me the money.
    call 9937299469 to let me know how and when are you taking this dumb data card back and giving me money back.

    Dear respected and honourable customer care,

    As i was knowing that tata is known for maintaining its brand than to focus at profit. thats why i had choosen Tata. i bought tata photon plus in May 2010. It was best those times, i refered this to all my friends. My 16 friends are using it. But since two months, speed are very slow. Its around 4kbps to 10 kbps. Now my friends are telling me that i had refered them.

    As i read these posts about your non convinience towards our complaints. I just want to ask that "is Tata focusing towards making more profit by poor service? Now they left their funda to make life time customers? or Tata need to recruit employees?"

    Never mind, but if possible be good employ and try to retain Tata's brand best. because we all indian love TATA. So, please do not ruin our love towards this brand....

    I have sent more than 20 mails and countless calls to you for the poor connection speed.
    Yet it is not rectified. At the time of buying this connection, I was promised of a laptop bag. I took this net connection in the month of November. It is April now. Six months have past and I haven't received any bag from you.
    2kbps is what I am getting now. Thought to inform before shunning this connection down.

    i have to complaint about the internet connection of your service provider.my account no.is-937570570.my connection speed is very very slow at a time.it takes a lot of time in surfing.i have to face a very critical situation as i have some important work on the net.

    Thumbs down Very low speed of Tata Photon Plus

    Hello Tata Photon Plus(TPP) team,
    I have used TPP in various places. While I'm completely satisfied with the speeds of TPP in places like Hubli and Dharwad, in the same breath, I'm completely dissatisfied with it's speed here in Goa(Borda, Margao).

    My speedtest.net result is: http://www.speedtest.net/result/1340906794.png

    I get a mere 250 kbps, though signal strength is 93%. Too less for me to do any important activity on the internet, let alone 'entertaining' activities like watching youtube. I sincerely request you to take immediate action in improving speeds in Goa.

    So the whole complaint/docket number etc was an eyewash. There is absolutely no difference in speed. Customer service is not just about speaking nicely to the customer. You guys need to act and be honest.

    Thumbs down Really pathetic speed and service.

    Hi I am Bhupendra Singh Panwar,

    I have using Tata photon plus prepaid for near about a year now but since October 2011 till date which is 9th November 2011 the speeds has drastically gone down ..... I have a high power i5 computer and to be honest your photon is not complementing my lappy at all. My mobile no/ subscriber ID: 9266760098 and it from Delhi.

    1 more problem i have seen is that you guys promote saying that free national roaming is available PAN India and that you have the coverage everywhere but this statement also seems to be completely false as the speeds go 10 folds down while I leave Delhi to any state and in uttranchal neither my Tata phone or photon were getting any network.

    Seems like big waste of money !!

    I am fed up of the slow speed of my tata photon plus............ Even wikipaedia and gmail dosen't open....... What the hell!!

    I want to ask a question directly to ratan tata: Even if speed gets reduced gradually for 700 unlimited (the connection that i have), does it get reduced so much that even wikipaedia and gmail won't open? If such is the case, then i am ashamed of the fact that i am born in a nation which has an industrialist named ratan tata..... All the tatas care about is money...... They treat customers like dirt........!

    Thumbs down Poor network of Tata Indicom, Pathetic CC

    Hi,

    My photon number is 9268823431, i am facing very poor connection on my tata indicom, signal strength is 40-50% only, connection keeps on disconnecting and if it stays connected, then also i am not able to open any website.

    I logged complaint in tata indicom 283856315, and after regular follow up from them for over 20 days, they said that they are unable to provide me services. so i thought of returning the device back, but amazingly i came to know from tata officals that they will return me only 75% of the amount i paid to them for the device.

    Now my point is...

    1. I am not surrendering this connection as per my will, but because of tata, as they can't provide me services.so why should they return only 75% of amount, they have to return me full 100% of the amount.

    2. They have send me a bill of Rs.303.33 and Rs. 526.15, while my total usage for 2 months are 186 MB and 692 MB respectively, now when i am not able to use their connection, why should i pay the bill as they don't know how much inconvenience it has caused to me.

    3. I have got an invoice of Rs 1200 from them for the data card but actually i paid Rs 1250, don't know who took away rest of the amount.

    I am really disappointed with tata's services and i need a quick action on the samee, my contact details are
    mentioned below for reference.

    Is someone listening to me????

    Angry TATA Photon Internet speed very slow

    Dear Sir,

    I have been using TATA photon internet from last one year, but from last 3-4 days, it has been very frustating to work on it. The spped is very very slow, it takes 1 hour to load a video of 2 minns. while purchasing it was promised that it would give a Broadband speed, But it is just not giving that at all.
    Please resolve the issue at the earliest. It is a Corporate connection.
