    Angry Tata Photon+ extremely low speed

    My tata photon+ number is 9225728389

    its been more than two months I have been using the photon+ at a speed of 2-4 kbps.. which is much below what the Company claims (upto 3.2 while uploading and upto 2 while downloading). I have called the customer care several times for the low speed complaint, however the concerned person declined to take the complaint for some unknown reasons and suggested me to take the device for checkup.

    Before I purchase the Photon+, I was given a demo in which everything was fine and download speed was amazing, but after I purchased it, everything went wrong. The download speed which was around 100 kbps at the time of demo came down to 2-4 kbps. The Youtube videos which were running smoothly without buffering, now take around 30 minutes for loading a 3-4 minutes video.

    I request the Tata Tele Services to either give me a better service (which they promised) or to take the device back and refund me my money which I paid for using this slow speed connection for six months.

    If even after the complaint, within a period of a week, I don't get a call or my speed doesn't increase to what I was promised, I am going to file a petition for deficiency in service as defined under Section 2 (1) (g) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

    Angry Tata photon+ very bad service

    Deal All,

    With reference to my earlier complaint, some junior engineer visited my place and said that I am getting a speed of more than 290 kbps. However I am still getting the same speed of 4-6 kbps.

    After this, I called Tata Photon+ service center, as usual they registered my another complaint and gave me a bloody complaint number.

    The people that Mr. Tata employ in the call center are such a useless that they don't even have manners to talk properly. These people directly disconnect the call when asked to transfer the phone to the seniors. Moreover they claim that they don not have the facility to cut the calls in between.

    This time I am going to take the so called junior engineers left and right.

    If this doesn't solve my problem, I am going to go to some better service provider.

    TATA PHOTON+ SUCKS BIG TIME...

    MY ADVICE FOR ALL THE GUYS READING THIS PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS BULLSHIT THING AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    Thanks Tata Photon+ for giving me such a wonderful experience with you. I don't think I will ever go for the Tata product again.

    I had ordered an online gift to be delivered by

    on 10th feb 2012, till date it is not delivered to my friends address, even they didnt inform me about it until i called them. After calling they asked me to buy another gift then only they can deliver the gift.

    I refused and asked them to cancel the order, till date my money is not refunded by them. I called them 2-3 times after that but every time they make some excuse.
    Now from last two days i am calling them and they are not picking my call..

    I request you to refund my money as soon as possible and charge the company higher rates and whatever case is applicable for their rude behaviour and no response till now.

    MY TATA PHOTON PLUS NO. IS 9212465202. SINCE 2 DAYS WE ARE FACING SERIOUS CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS.THE TOWER BAR IS SHOWING ONLY 90%.AND THE CONNECTION IS EXTREMELY SLOW.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
