My tata photon+ number is 9225728389
its been more than two months I have been using the photon+ at a speed of 2-4 kbps.. which is much below what the Company claims (upto 3.2 while uploading and upto 2 while downloading). I have called the customer care several times for the low speed complaint, however the concerned person declined to take the complaint for some unknown reasons and suggested me to take the device for checkup.
Before I purchase the Photon+, I was given a demo in which everything was fine and download speed was amazing, but after I purchased it, everything went wrong. The download speed which was around 100 kbps at the time of demo came down to 2-4 kbps. The Youtube videos which were running smoothly without buffering, now take around 30 minutes for loading a 3-4 minutes video.
I request the Tata Tele Services to either give me a better service (which they promised) or to take the device back and refund me my money which I paid for using this slow speed connection for six months.
If even after the complaint, within a period of a week, I don't get a call or my speed doesn't increase to what I was promised, I am going to file a petition for deficiency in service as defined under Section 2 (1) (g) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

MY TATA PHOTON PLUS NO. IS 9212465202. SINCE 2 DAYS WE ARE FACING SERIOUS CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS.THE TOWER BAR IS SHOWING ONLY 90%.AND THE CONNECTION IS EXTREMELY SLOW.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
