I had taken TATA photon plus before 4 months and i used to recharg of 1000 or 850 for 2.1 MBPS.Still i dont know why i never enjoy speed more that 5 kbps to 20 kbps. Now i am frusted as i allready made mistake of buying this stupid modem. So can any 1 help me here so that i can take my this request further as i have already 2 complaint to TATA CC so far but no success. I have brand new laptop with i5 processor and 4 gb of memory.
I will be happy with 100 kbps also i am not asking TATA to give me 2.1 MBPS.
And i request to TATA cc, STOP MAKING indians fool by such claims "2.1 MBPS" , they must be jokking here.
