This issue is regrading balance which is not credited against my internet connection and I have transaction ID of it.
On 16th Nov i recharged my Internet for one month plan paying 501/- to tata indicoms authorized distributor in chicnhwad where I regularly recharge my internet. Also i have done top up for 10/- rs with the plan same day. I got msg of successful recharge in my inbox. That day only I accessed my Internet, after that it was getting connected. So I went to Tata Indicom office, Pimpri to know the reason. Representative of company told me that it was because of negative balance. I have done Top up for 50/- again to get start my internet. But no use. After 2 days again I had to visit pimpri office with the same reason, that day, complaint was registered - COM078632169. I have not got any reply for 8 days, thats why visited pimpri office again where they restored my service only, and again told to do top up, and I also done that. Without any reasons i have done top up my internet near about 100 rs again and again, still the issue is not resolved.. and now another complaint was registered by representative (Complaint No - I 214479) of which i have not got any reply. Till date I am waiting for that.
Please help me regarding this.
